One of the biggest things I’ve learnt in my 30+ years in business is this simple truth: Relationship is everything. All other things being equal, people will do business with the people that they like, and that’s why successful marketing in 2019 and beyond will focus on the big three:#1 Help your audience get to KNOW you #2 Get your audience to LIKE you #3 Progress to a stage where your audience TRUSTS you And this isn’t just the case prior to the first transaction either – it’s a process that continues on and on, long after they’ve bought from you. But you see, a lot of business owners fail to understand that building relationships with existing clients is just as important as building relationships with prospective clients. When you think about it, it makes perfect sense – after all, the people who’ve bought from you before are your HOTTEST leads – they’re the people most likely to buy from you again. So, here’s my question for today: what are you doing to continue to build relationships with the people who’ve already bought from you?
